BANDaid is simple – allowing artists and their fan-base an easy way to help heal Haiti where they are – using a portion of a merch table to empower fans – seeing a $5 dollar gift turn into life change for the broken of Haiti’s poorest zone.
why?
as an artist / a band / a songwriter / a poet - YOU HAVE A VOICE and you have the opportunity to influence crowds to move in action – to be a part of something larger than oneself – to change the world. Haiti is notoriously recognized as the poorest place in the western hemisphere – just 700 miles from the bright lights of Miami – 1 in 10 children will die before the age of 5 due to malnourishment and/or unsanitary conditions. plain and simple:

as members of the western world – we live in excess – in wealth. our overflow – our pocket change – our gifts – our creativity – our passions can truly change lives in Haiti -

$5 gives life.
$5 = 20 meals provided in our nutrition programs – (we feed roughly 18,000 meals a day in NW Haiti)
$5 = orphan care for 1 day – (providing medical care, meals, shelter and care)
$5 = 8 fish and 120 green leafy vegetables (through our aquaponics system – providing fresh fish and veggies to feed communities)
